Jury Awards $2.8 Million in Motorcycle Accident Case.

The young daughter of a man killed while riding his motorcycle has been awarded a $1 million verdict for damages.The jury award was part of $2.8 million in total damages given to the survivors of a man who died when a car struck his motorcycle on a busy boulevard in a beach town.The family expressed some degree of satisfaction even though no amount of money will bring their loved one back. They were very appreciative that the jury awarded his child double what they had requested.
